Mr. Reford is a geophysicist who has worked worldwide at Paterson, Grant & Watson Limited, an internationally respected geophysical service company, where he is now President. He has consulted on several projects for the World Bank, United Nations, CIDA and national agencies. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Darnley Bay Resources Limited (later Pine Point Mining) from June 2008 to June 2011.

Steve Haggarty, P.Eng., is a Metallurgy & Mining engineer with a strong background in metallurgical processing. His work history includes a number of first tier operations with companies including Barrick Gold, Homestake Mining, International Corona and Teck Corporation. He has worked on multiple EPCM and sustaining capital projects, including start-up, commissioning and site optimization.
